Gpu doesn't show show video

I'm doin a new build and my motherboard doesn't have onboard video. I put the gpu into the motherboard but, when i connect the monitor to the gpu there is no video. When i turn the system on the fan on the gpu starts spinning for a second then stops.

I have a msi 970a-g46 mobo
A msi hd radeon 7750 2 gb ddr3
An amd fx 6300 processor
2x 4gb ram
585 watt psu

I will also add that it works fine in another system

TAke the card out and make sure it's in there good. It's hard to tell but sometimes if it doesn't sit right, even 1 pin not connecting could be enough.

I took it out and put it back in , tried the other pcie slot, and even disconnected the hdd, but still no video
