How can I add an input language to the language bar

I need to add Armenian to the language bar of my computer Windows 7, but the list of the keyboard does not show that language. So I need to make an input to that list. How must I proceed. Would be grateful if anyone can help. Here is my mail : dia39geva@gmail.com. Thank you in advance.
