I don't think the CPU is supported on that motherboard, did the E2140 worked before on the old motherboard? That PSU is an unbranded unit and you should get a better quality PSU. If the motherboard has on board graphics take out the nvidia 8600 graphics card to test without it installed.

Thing was, old videocard starting giving dieng mark, so i went to buy one, but when i tryed start up pc, havent worked since then ( i think old video card fu*ked up something, so i tought moba is dead so, then we got new moba to. CPU worked before in old moba.

I tryed whitout videocard, same thing.
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-ASUS/P5LD2.html CPU E2140 is supported.

Sorry about bad english.

I would suggest testing with a better quality PSU, graphics card and/or on board video, memory and CPU. make sure all power cables are connected properly.

Now the thing is, PC is working, but without videocard. PC wont start when videocard is in. and that screen hole what is in motherboard that isnt working whit my screen (screen stays black and goes to power saving more)

Then its possible that the graphics card is faulty. Try testing with another better quality PSU.

tryed 3 diffrent PSU, same story, doesent take picture to screen. (tryed old video card, new 1 and MOBA Int videocard) same story all.

So the PC only boots when using the on board Graphics?

Yeah.. but computer screen is always black, cant see any BIOS/boot menu or windows loading etc.

Then you need to do what i suggested in my previous posts, test all the components, CPU, memory, and both graphics cards on another PC, if it works there, then your motherboard is dead.

Oke, tried another proceccor and RAM, old ram was okay, but with new CPU, screen working, BUT "dies" after first screen (black screen http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/9443/500fsb1sd4.jpg like that loads and dies, almost got to windows 7 loading screen then dies.
