Hi, I'm building my first computer later this year and can't decide which CPU will be best for my needs. I will be using the computer for gaming and other tasks like homework. The operating system I can use is Windows 7, and I would be using Microsoft Word, Internet/Google Chrome, as well as games like Battlefield 3/4, Arma 2/3, Digital Combat Simulator (flight/military simulation), and other small games, all on ultra settings at 1080p and great frame rates. I am looking for something that I can play the next generation of games on, as well as something that won't be obsolete in a year. Here is my parts list, with some questions on the various parts:

CPU: (Intel i5 4670K, Intel i7 4770K, AMD FX-8350) These are my main contenders, and I am open to suggestions for others or even the new processors coming out later this year (i.e. Core i7-4820K). I do intend on overclocking. EDIT: I CAN GET THE 4770K FOR $280.
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo
Motherboard: (Asus Z87 Pro/ Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0) I like the Asus motherboards because overclocking is easy. I am not sure about the Wifi on the Asus Z87 Pro, and could consider buying an wireless network adapter separate if it is more efficient. I will definitley consider any other type/brand of mortherboards suggested, as long as they can overclock easily and to a high level.
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory, CAS 8. Do I need a faster RAM (2400) or more space (2x8) for next generation games?
Storage: I picked out a Sandisk 64GB SSD to boot my operating system and a few applications, and then have a WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM HDD for data.
Video Card: I am looking at the GTX 660, 670, and 760. I am also looking at the 7970/7950 series of GPUs.
Case: NZXT Source 220 with 2 more 120mm fans.
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA 650W, has an 80 Plus Gold rating and is completely modular.
Optical Drive: Generic Asus DVD/CD Drive
Networking: TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter, which would be used in place of the stock motherboard Wifi if it is bad. I know wired is better, but I do not have that option.

Are there any suggestions for parts in this build? I can add about $75 more for better parts and such, but I am pretty content at the price point I sit at now. Thanks for the help!

CPU:
Intel i5 4670K or Intel i7 4770K if you want to spend more.
But, you can't really go wrong with all 3.

RAM:
8GB of 1600 is the standard for gaming and should last you for years.

GPU:
For sure, you should buy a 7970 GE. If you can get one on a pretty good sale, it is great performance at an ok price.

A 760 will work good for you and also for your processor get a i5-3570k for overclocking. THe problem with haswell is that it can't overclock as high a Ivy-Bridge.
