specific Graphics Card for a multi-monitor POS system

My Dad wants me to build him a computer that will be able to be a POS system for a brewery and it has the support 4(or 3) touchscreen monitors that can preform different tasks such as making different transactions on each screen. I think something like this can only be achieved through multiple computers. Is there any graphics card that can do this?

if your motherboard has 2 PCI-e slots, you can buy 2 cheap($30-40) cards with 2 x dvi outs each like NVIDIA 210 card
