Hi everyone and thanks for clicking this thread.
So my brother turns on a looooot of links on google chrome then i put plugin that allows only 9 and then he used inkognito there it doesnt work so i find out way to diseable inkognito but he still can open new windows and use 9 after 9 after 9 so my question is how to diesable new window feauture?

No way that I know of. How about putting a password on your user account and keeping it secret from everyone?
