Sometimes it will actually allow us to go through the BIOS and sometimes it will just stay on a black screen state, like it's frozen. We already tried removing different hardware components RAM, GPU, etc.
I would try RMA-ing the board. Before that, try testing the board outside the case, only the necessary components.
I just found out that the mobo version is F1... maybe that's why we have issues with CPU compatibility. I guess no choice but to buy a cheap 1155 Pentium/Celeron
