first i would like to appreciate ppl on tomshardware forum, for helping me choose my rig (budget gaming rig) for a period of time, am planning to buy a cheap intel gaming cpu,

requirements:

1: platform has to be future proof, as if possible after a yr or two, will try to get a i5 or i7

2:processor and motherboard must have some moderate overclocking room (budget segment), as i've a CM hyper 212 evo

3: want efficient (so opting for intel, as my psu is only 32A)

usage:
1: off course gaming :)
2: want some good multitasking, as i browse with minimum of 15+ tabs and some other apps.
3: intense Use of mechanical soft like solid edge, auto cad, pro E, catia v5, v6 etc,,.. (so i.e why i want power efficient)

system spec
corsair cx 430v2 (single 12V @ 32A= 384w)
c2q q8300 with CM hyper 212 evo
gigabyte g41m combo (cant overclock as it has very early fsb wall)
asus gtx 560ti direct cu II (got it from my friend for dirt cheap)
transcend 4gb ddr3 1333mhz (normal ram)
acer 24' 1080p led along with lg led 17" (extended display)
