Comcast Port Forwarding

Trying to setup a game server (Unreal Tournament) but am having trouble with port forwarding.
New modem.
I am pretty sure by seeting are correct.
Just can't get my server on the net.

The site portforward.com has much support for this. Just simply find the game, and the router/modem set up and it gives an in-depth guide for how to do it.
