Building my Replacement rig for aging Q6600 build that is almost 7 years old. Searched the forums for guidance but unable to locate a request similar to mine.

Current plan.
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core $229.99
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid $59.99
Thermal Compound: Arctic Cooling MX-2 4g $4.98
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H ATX LGA1150 $148.99
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 $130.50
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB $259.99
Case: Thermaltake VN300M1W2N ATX Full Tower $119.99
Power Supply: PC Power & Cooling 750W ATX12V $129.98
Optical Drive: Pioneer BDR-208DBK Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer $57.99

All easy, now my question becomes this.... all the talk of SSD, i was planning to run Win7 on a SSD drive to get fast performance out of windows and small apps.
Which dive would be better....
Corsair Force Series GT 120GB 2.5" SSD $114.99
or
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5" SSD $102.99

Should i be getting a bigger SSD drive?

Second question, I have had great success running Windows on one drive and running all games and programs on a seperate drive. So if i want good gaming performance for say BF3/4, what type of drive should i be focusing on for my second drive.

so is a this a good option?
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $84.99

or is there something i am missing or should be considering as a better option?
I don't' necessarily need 1 TB, 500 would meet my needs for gaming data but for the price diff from .5 to 1 TB its ok. I also have a separate storage drive for media archives that will be added, but not used for gaming.

So your the experts, what would the best approach to good storage solution for gaming.

Thank you

The EVO and 120 is fine for OS and primary apps, can put rest, data files, cache, temp, etc on the Caviar which is fine as your second drive,

would also suggest for a CPU cooler, might think the Hyper 212 EVO at about half the price, and it also cools better than the H60, need about an h100 to equal the EVO air cooler
