Saving emails before formatting pc

Hi... I will soon be formatting my laptop..but i need to save my emails...anyone knows what to do please? Thanks

it should be saved offsite until you delete it on your providers mail server if not I would maybe think C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Mail would have it if you dig around if you are referring to using outlook for your email
