2300 RPM CPU FAN? is it okay?

my i3-3220 STOCK FAN spinning at 2300 RPM, is it okay? btw my motherboard is asrock and its by default to run it at level10 speed. using AsrockExtreme tuner

that's probably maxed out, but it won't hurt the fans...your cpu will stay nice and cool

are you sure? btw its not constant, its changing between 2200 to 2335 RPM

It's normal for fan speeds to fluctuate a bit even at a constant power setting or temp. fans are made to run at full power, the connections and setup of motherboards and PSU's insure you're not giving them too much voltage. If it makes you nervous, turn them down a bit or put them on automatic.
