Can you give us more details like exact names? (Twin frozr, windforce x3, etc)

There are some articles on this site somewhere that have compared different 760 cards. I believe the MSI Twin Frozr option might be best for what you want, it is second in cooling only to the gigabyte version according to the article (by only a small amount) and was the quietest. Gigabyte Windforce x3 Rev 2.0 I believe had the lowest temperatures. The 4 models that I see people most often going for are Gigabyte, MSI, ASUS, and EVGA.

**I can't remember exactly which one, but if you are curious about reading the actual article just google for it, it was somewhere on this site.

ill get the msi then , but should it cost much more? wouldnt it be better to get a performance card and get liquid cooling?

I own the MSI version, it's quiet and cools perfectly. Maximum temperature I saw it reach was 72ºC with about 35ºC ambient temperature, under heavy gaming (BF3 on Ultra for 4 hours in a row).

The best 760 you can get is the MSI lightning imo. It is only 15$ more expensive then the regular 760 gaming.
