i5 4670k with Corsair H80i overclocking.

Im looking to overclock soon and wondering what are some tests I should run before overclocking like seeing how hot my CPU gets under 100 % load.
Specs:
motherboard Asus Z87k
Ram: 8gb DDR3 @ 2133mhz
GPU: msi 760

The "Intel Burn Test" is the most sever test that I've run so far. "Prime95" and "Aida64" are also good stress tests to run. Just keep a close eye on your temps. I only ran the IBT for about 10 seconds because my temps shot up to 94*C, and that was with my settings on "Optimized Defaults". The OEM cooler won't win any prizes for cooling, that's for sure!
