I'm in Canada where shipping makes buying computer parts on a budget really hard. From what i can tell, buying ones in store is the best bet for 600 dollars and under. I was just wondering if buying from a store is really the cheapest way to buy a budget computer. Are there any ways of getting better deals? Does it make sense to buy a cheaper one and upgrade the parts?

I understand, am i missing something here?
If i goto newegg.ca and add all my items into my cart and click buy for a $600 build, it seems to be worst then what the stores give you, since shipping can cost 10-13 dollars on most items. When you add all the shipping fees up it can be almost $75! And stores have sales like once every month where they do like $100 or more off.

Don't get me wrong, I wold love to build a pc, but is it really the best way for the money here in canada? or am i doing something wrong?

Also, at least where i live, they have good enough graphics cards in store.

Good enough maybe, but nothing can compare to the graphics you can have if you build it on your own. In every prebuilt system, all the parts are assembled by machines and they use to cheapest components they can find while making a profit.

Go with this build, and you can upgrade it later on as you feel you need to.
