Help me choose best RAM memory for my spec.

Hello. I am trying to upgrade my RAM.
My spec:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
CPU: Intel Pentium 6700 3,20 Ghz
Motherboard: Asrock G41C-VS
GPU: Asus AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5
Current RAM: 2,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 398MHz
PSU: Evolve Pulse 550W
I am looking for 4GB of nice fast RAM that will be compatibile with my system.

Thanks but will it be compatibile? I read something about 1333Mhz RAMs are not compatibile with my motherboard at least i need to adjust some jumper and i dont know what that is. Can you help me?

Disregard what I wrote earlier, you'll need to use 1066 MHz RAM.

Your mobo can handle 1333 sticks but will require an OC, in order to run 1333 DRAM, you'll need the FSB at 1333 which will also OC the CPU
