Will I be able to run BF4 on High-Ultra?

Hey guys!
Well, I got 2 questions actually.
Q1: Will I be able to play BF3 in Ultra in 1080p? (I Haven't tried Battlefield 3 on my PC yet)
Q2: Will I be able to play BF4 in Ultra in 1080p?
And when its Ultra it should be about 60+ FPS

My Specs:
Windows 7 64bit
HIS Radeon HD 7950 IceQ Turbo
Intel Core I5-3570k 4.20Ghz
Corsair Vengeance 12GB (It was a 4 channel 16GB but i had to remove one stick because of my new CPU Fan which was a little big)

The BF4 requirements have been posted on Sept 10th so i think you guys can answer my question, because i dont really know if i can run it on Ultra

If you could I'd get a nvidia gtx 770 same price maybe like $10-20 more but it will get you about 50fps with all things on ultra, but it's your opinion and you get more memory which is good

Also the gtx gets 10 more fps and will get about anywhere from 70-80fps with max settings on bf3 not overclocking it, it also runs cooler

i have i5-3470 with HD 7870 XT, and i play BF3 at 1080 @ultra with 50-60FPS
and BF4 i get very playable frames like 45-60
