Is this the best GPU for this build?

I'm building a new rig for gaming (1920x1080 and 5760x1080), video recording, video rendering, and livestreaming. Here is what I have so far.

Intel Core i7 4770k cpu
Gigabyte AMD HD 7990 gpu
Asus MAXIMUS VI FORMULA mobo
G. Skill Ripjaws X 16GB @ 1600MHz RAM
Samsung 840 Pro 512GB SSD
Seagate 4TB 7200RPM HDD

Will this GPU fit well into my build? Will this give me the best performance in the $600-700 range?

It's a great card but for rendering, editing and streaming I would get GTX, Titans if possible or 690 maybe 780,
