Two 120mm fans vs one 200mm fan for intake/exhaust.

Hi I am building a pc with a HAF 912 and I am wondering if the big 200mm fan should go on the front as intake or the top as exhaust. I am using a hyper 212+ to cool my 3570k. The 200mm is 110cfm and the 120mm are 69cfm each for a total of 138cfm. So I guess what I'm truly asking is, whats better? more air coming in? Or more air going out?

A lot of folks like a case with positive air pressure; more in than out. I'm more inclined to just provide a steady flow of fresh air through the case. When I had my HAF 912, I put a 200mm in front (in), 2 x 120s on top (out), a 140mm side fan (in), and the 120mm rear (out). Noisy, but cool. I later removed the two top fans and never saw a difference in temps. And it was quieter, too.
