I am a gamer who was a really crappy laptop 1.7 ghz and get constant lag and all my friends have been getting better comps and not lagging and actually winning and gone pro ... I really want to step up my game and one of my friends told me about custom pc's they didn't make my rob a bank and gave me nice speeds ... Now I would appreciate any help I can get ... which one of these is better there is like a 10 dollar difference soo either one works which one would let me get 60fps ... they are both above 4 ghz I just want to make sure the graphics card is good to ... Also I would love to know if you guys know any good mother boards... Also I saw that it does not have direct x11 idk what that is it would be nice if some one explained to me ... Last but not least as I read reviews they said these two are known for over heating is this true on all the version are just some... Also because it is only 100 watts ( my box gives a total of 250) will it affect my gpu speed ?? Thanks I am a complete newb at this and saw that these two were on sale so I wanted to buy asap but wanted to know which one was better.

Again thanks I really app.

So you are looking for a CPU with integrated graphics? Are you aware that getting a separate CPU and graphics card is much more cost effective?

Buying a CPU and GPU seperately is cheaper. The only exception to this is if you can get a microcenter CPU + mobo combo.
