Acceptable Voltage/Temp. for i7 3770k

Motherboard: Z77A-GD65 GAMING
Processor: I7 3770K
Cooling: H60 CLOSED LIQUID COOLING

Right now, I plan to leave voltage at 1.325. What's your opinion on this?
My BIOS recommendation said not to pass 1.4

What is the max acceptable temperature for this Ivy bridge?
When you overclock CPU speed, do you just change the CPU ratio + CPU Core Voltage?
I just want to boost the CPU speed, nothing else.
