What computer (make/model)?
How old is the computer?
Does it run 'normal' without a CD/DVD in it?

Computer is Desktop make is HCL ezeeBee AMD 64 Athlon

with CD/DVD or without CD/DVD same problem. I am facing.

I might suggest replacing (or at least testing) the power supply. Another thing to check is the CMOS battery (watch battery on the motherboard) is putting out 3v, if not it should be replaced.
I would think between those two, you should get somewhere
