Right now, I plan to leave voltage at 1.325, what's your opinion on this?
My BIOS strongly recommends not to pass 1.4.

What is the max acceptable temperature for this Ivy bridge?
When you overclock CPU speed, do you just change the CPU ratio + CPU Core Voltage?
I just want to boost the CPU speed, nothing else.

Voltage is the most dangerous part of overclocking any CPU, and many people have reported getting near or achieving 4.8 GHz while below 1.4v. As far as max temperatures are concerned, most CPUs top out at 95 degrees C before shutting the computer down to protect the CPU. So that is your max temperature. Now the ranges you should be looking for (depending on your overclock) are 20-40 degrees C idling, and 50-70 degrees C with load. Obviously these are broad ranges, but it varies from setup to setup. As far as what you should change when overclocking, don't worry about messing with all of the settings. If you can achieve 4.5+ without changing anything but the ratios and voltage, you're doing good. The other components are much more useful for people who are trying to break records.
