MalwareBytes Scan Help

Can anyone let me know if I'm supposed to delete this with Malwarebytes or not? It comes up in the scan but Im not sure if Im supposed to get rid of it or not.

I did another scan today and this came up

Should I delete this too? It says something about Windows Live Contacts...Will I lose my contacts if I delete it?

Please let me know what to do...thank you!!

Aren't my Windows Live Contacts stored online and not on my computer? I'm not really sure how to back them up.

That very well could be a false positive. Probably best to visit the Malwarebytes site and post in their False Positive forum and one of the Researchers can check on that for you.
