Your chosen PSU is the worst of the brand, don't buy it. Go with this one : http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-smps-cx500-500-watts-ps...
Look here for details : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Physical specs : 150 x 86 x 140 mm = 5.90 x 3.38 x 5.51 inch. So I think it should fit. And don't worry about the location of fan and power cable.

Actually its pretty simple to install a PSU, just make a note of which wire goes where, take some pictures with your camera or mobile camera, then unplug wires one by one. And just do the opposite to install.
Ok, it seems to be getting complicated, this page will help you : http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/362

And I won't do it for free also, you owe me a "Pizza". How about that!!!!!! Good luck and don't get nervous you can do it.

Nothing to worry about CPU/MB. All GPU's are forward and backward compatible. It means you can use a PCI-E x 16 2.0(MB) slot with a PCI-E x 16 2.0/3.0 (GPU) slot. And you have a PCI-E x 16 2.0 slot on MB. So you are good to go.
No incompatibility whatsoever. And games mostly rely on GPU and not CPU. The powerful the GPU the better the game will run.
If you have a 32 bit OS then 4 GB of RAM will be enough, cause 32 bit OS cannot address more than 4 GB of RAM. If you have a 64 bit OS than 8 GB RAM will be good for gaming and you wont need more than 8 GB of RAM.
And for a Pizza I can wait for years!!!!!
