I run my prime95 for about 10 minutes every time I change the ratio/voltage.
Cause, if you think about it, you're never gonna run at 100% loaded, so temps will never go up that high.

Is 10 minutes enough?

Off topic: If my BIOS recommendation says not to pass 1.4V, can I leave it at 1.35 and find out what's stable at 1.35?

I like to run it for 10-20 minutes on custom with ~80-90% available memory.

I stress it even further by using the PC with P95 is running (web browsing, watch a video, whatever), to bog it down as much as possible. I've found that is a good, rough indicator of stability. When I find an OC I like, then I move on to overnight testing, other benchmarks, and actual use.

I like it to test it for 10 minutes 100% loaded.
Cause I know I'll never go 100% in my life with the i7 3770k with 16 GB ram.
I set my maximum temp to be <85 degrees C, is that a bit too high? I got a H60, planning to get H80i.
