i need advise on wether this comutor i am building would be ok with games such as: guild wars 2, arma 2 and 3, age of empires 2 and 3, kerbal space program and planetside 2 :)

cpu: 3.2GHz Intel Core i5 3470 4-Core Ivy Bridge (what is ivy bridge?)
gpu: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 2GB Graphics Card
mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H Motherboard
ram: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz Gaming RAM
psu: XFX Pro Series 650W 80+ Bronze PSU
hard drive: 1 x 1TB (1000GB) Sata III Hard Drive
case: Vibox Commando Red Gaming Case (does it come with a disk drive?)
os: Microsoft Windows 8 64bit
cooling: Zalman CNPS7000C-Alcu CPU Cooler

Looks solid build. Ivy Bridge is name for lga 1155 socket cpu.
You can buy Intel xeon 1230V2 that is lot better than 3470
For a price 3570k you get HT + 8 treads. So you get i7 for a price i5.
1866MHz memory is not better than 1600MHz. If they are same price sure you can buy them. Intel cpu supprorts only 1600MHz memory.

Maybe cpu cooler you can get better. CM 212 EVO is good price and gools really good your cpu.

Case I do not know. But Fractal Core 3000 is cheap and good quality case.
Or corsair R200 / 300

Look also new lga 1150 cpu + mobo. Maybe you find cheap and good cpmbo.
They are the new intel hasswell.
So here is 1150 cpu + mobo + cooler.
