I just bought a Toshiba s55-5257 with 4700mq... RAM UPGRADE!

I just bought a Toshiba s55-5257 with 4700mq and 8 gigs of ram. My question is should I upgrade my ram to 16 gigs ddr3-1866 with CAS 10-10-10-30 or 16 gigs of ddr3-1600 with CAS 9-9-9-24? Both sets of ram are Crucial Balisitix.. I do heavy Video editing in cs6 after effects so yea this is probably a hard question to answer haha

Go with the ones with tighter timings, speed doesn't really affect much.
