In CPUID, my voltage goes more than the limit that I set in BIOS.

I'm trying to overclock to 4.5 at less than 1.2. And in my CPUID, it shows 1.264, what is it that it's allowing for it to overvolt?

Does your BIOS have CPU voltage offset or turbo voltage controls? I'm newbish, but pretty certain either of those can give the system some ability to vary the Vcore.

Yeah they're on auto, should I disable them?

You don't have to, but Turbo Boost will keep trying to increase the voltage as it attempts to boost the speed of some cores. Most overclockers work with any type of automatic speed enhancement turned off.
