Just got a Radeon 7800 series vid card, my samsung monitor will only display a portion of my screen

The portion I can see is smaller & in the center of my monitor, I had to connect the monitor using an HDMI cord as my Samsun does not have a Digi port >_< (it was a gift). How do I fix?

-Go to Catalyst Control Center
-Go to "my digital flat panels" in left column
-Go to "scaling options" (i think it is).
-adjust slider to eliminate underscan

My monitor does that too when new drivers are installed, kind of a stupid stock setting if you ask me.
