Windows Vista Home Premium Desktop Password Bypass or Recovery

We have a desktop with Windows Vista Home Premium and have forgotten all the passwords to it. I tried running in safemode with command prompt and it didn't even show the administrator user. It just showed us the users that were made on the computer. We have know idea what the passwords could be. We haven't used this computer in months. I can't spend any money with this. Please help.

Two things:

1. This is the Windows 2000/NT forum, not the Vista forum.
2. You obviously didn't read the rules before posting. There is no password help here on Tom's. We have no way to verify that you are the rightful owner, or otherwise have authorization to access said computer.
