My computers power keeps kicking off and on first my cd rom was making a rumbling noise. I disconnected it then my hard drive then starts making a beeping noise.plz help me I just got my pc today It was built not bought too

Just got it today? Then take it back. If it's faulty you should not have to try and fix it yourself when it's brand spanking new.

It could be a PSU problem, but as stated above, if it's new, get it fixed or replaced while it's under warranty.

I forgot to say my uncle just built it and I was taking it home and after everything ea plugged in that happened

Then take it back to your Uncle and have him fix it.
