Radeon 7850 not really working.

My HIS Radeon 7850 is plugged in, but I can't play games and displays my virtual memory as n/a. Is it a GPU error? do I have to return it? Or is there just something I'm missing?

Did you install the drivers? What are the rest of your system specs?

Yes, I installed the drivers, I have an i5 3570k, ASUS P877Z moherboard, and a 650 watt power supply, need anything else?

I'm not sure, i have screen plugged in to my graphics card, but it says the i have no graphics memory when I check.
