W 7 is not recognizing my password which I never have changed. I can' access the control panel to remove the PW function temporarily either. Help! Just a blue screen and login are showing.
Are you able to login in Safe Mode? Is there an error message on the blue screen? If yes, could you provide some details on the error message? Caps lock is off?

Started in safe mode... Ran test... Rebooted... Entered pw and poof I'm in. Weird. Thank you!
