I installed a second GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) and everything went fine. I put it in and put on the SLI ribbon. I booted up my computer and it was automatically detected with no problem, but I have no options for SLI in the NVIDIA Control Panel. I've searched for hours and found no solution, but the closest I've gotten is people talking about the REALTEK NIC or whatever interfering with SLI detection, so if anyone has some background knowledge on this, that would be great.
I really have to go to bed because I'm barely awake, but I will check the responses when I can tomorrow.

Do you have your SLI-bridge on the connectors, and is your motherboard SLI-comaptible?

Yes, you can check my motherboard and my graphics cards in the links provided. Both are SLI ready and I did put the bridge on the two cards.

Edit: I actually just tried the links and realized they are broken, but googling the names should get you just as far, because I don't have enough time right now to update them.

Silly question, as I'm sure you have, but thought I'd cover the bases.

Have you tried doing a *clean* install of the latest nVidia graphics drivers?
