I'm a bit over what I'd like to pay, but I'm focused on 1440p gaming/editing and having a 1150 socket board to upgrade the CPU later down the road if necessary. So what do you all think, and would you change anything?

The power supply seems rather low for that computer. I would go for something like the XFX Pro Series 550W. Its a great unit, and would have no problem running a single card setup.

Thanks for the feedback. I've opted to upgrade to a 550w version of the PSU I currently have selected. Anything else anyone might add or change?

Good choice of CPU cooler if you are gonna overclock. PSU well spotted by Deemo13 450W wasn't enough.Rest is fine.....
