load mmdriver application has stopped working

I also am getting Catalyst Control Center has stopped working. This started happening after I re-installed my AMD Radeon 7700 series video card. The card had some issues, I sent it to Gigabyte who repaired it and sent it back. Re-installed it yesterday and now I am having issues. I have Windows 7
