Why is it that when you answer a question the font size gets reduced ? is there a way to adjust this ?

How do you mean, the font size gets reduced? Could you be more specific?

Certainly.

It switches from Calibri (body) at a font size of 11 down to Verdana at a font size of 9.

I don't think we use Calibri anywhere on the website...
Do you mean your form area for quick reply is showing you one type of font, but presents another when posted to the site? Verdana 9 sounds right, and this should be as reflected. The box I'm typing in now (quick reply area at bottom of post) has text at Verdana 9, and will be posted and displayed at Verdana 9, as is the text above in your and my replies.

All I can tell you is what I an seeing. Its the size difference that is the issue more than the style.
The forum posts show up in a font size of 11.
When I click on the "Post an answer" tab I am given a box to type my reply into.
The font that is used in this box is in a font size of 9.
This is not comfortable to me to use.
I don't know what has changed, but it didn't do it a couple of weeks ago.

Could you send over or post a screenie? Either here, or emailed to jpishgar@bestofmedia.com. Would help us narrow the issue down a tad to see if it's on your end or ours.

Thanks!

Is it the text on this page that you are talking about?

Yeah I noticed the change a couple of weeks back but I was hoping it was a temporary thing that had something to do with the changing of some of the colours but the micro font seems to have remained and it is a PITA as even with my Varifocals on I can barely read it.

I see now this is affecting more than just one individual, and I am now able to replicate the issue. This looks to have to do with dynamic pages for varying resolutions. I'll make sure this gets bugged up and resolved forthwith.

Happy to announce that the font size issue is slated for fix and will be rectified in the next release, currently set for Tuesday. :)

It was fixed for a bit but now it's gone back the tiny font again! Sometimes it will momentarily be the larger font but then reverts back to the smaller one.

Ahh, same for me. I'll let the developers working on this know.
