Power Requirment Question

Hey,


I have an x-power 450W powersupply. I know it's a pretty bad PSU but i'm not planning on running to much on it.

My question is whats the chances it could power the following without any problems,

Intel Celeron D 360 65W

2GB DDR2 PC5400 Ram

1 IDE HDD

8800GT 256MB


I don't have any cd drives oor any other fans except the CPU HSF. This power supply only has 1 12V Rail pushing 18A through it, Would this suffice for this? I know normally no but i figured i'm running a weak cpu and hardly anything else. Any help would be appreciated

if you are talking about your video card please reefer over to here 430 is more than enough for your whole system I would be more worried about the amps on your 12v rail

Thanks for taking the time to reply and to gather that information. I thought i may be pushing it but hoped that some how my low power consumption everywhere else might help. I think i'm gonna get an 8600gt to be safe. Cheers for your help.

ur psu states 18a on 12v rail, while 8800gt requires minimum of 26a....
