Please help me to install the win xp 32bit on thinkcentre m72e machine it comes with pre installed win 7 professional 64bit

You would have to go to your manufacturer's website and make sure that there is XP driver software available. Otherwise it's a matter of loading the CD, formatting the drive and installing Windows as normal.
