Suggestions for Graphic Card

Hello,
I have an AMD Asus M2N68-AM SE2 motherboard, Core 2 Duo processor, 2.7 GHZ with 2 GB Ram ( DDR 2) and 250 GB hard drive, I am planning to install a Graphic Card in my CPU,
The Power Supply AC INPUT 230/115, and I have PCI X 16 slot available in my motherboard.

Can you please suggest me a good graphic card 1 GB for playing games and and also I have a query If DDR 3 graphic card will work?

Mother Board is Asus m2n68 am SE2, and there is no Intel product but it is core 2 duo AMD athlon LE 1640 I think.

My PSU (Power Supply if that means) brand is Quantum Computer Power Supply,
Model : PIV 450K24 SMPS
AC Input 230/115, 50/60HZ.

I cannot figure out total Wattage available.

Please suggest me a graphic card for normal HD movies and games like CS 1.6.

I have one in my mind
Forsa NVIDIA GT630 1 GB SDDR3 Graphics Card, but wondering if it would work?

So basically, I need a good PSU if yes, then any brand will do right? providing it should be above 450watts.

Secondly, the Graphic cards you suggested are a little expensive, not fitting my budget.
I just need a graphic card for smooth HD videos and medium quality games.

What would be the disadvantages of Zebronics PSU, please tell me the major differences of a Branded PSU and a Local one?

So the above two up gradation and my computer should work fine.

The total cost of this PSU And Graphic card will cost me (1920 + 4000) = 5920 almost 6000rs.

But at the same time I am getting a used I3 Intel processor with 2GB ram and 500GB hd, 1 GB Graphic card. LED 20inch all that for 8000Rs with exchanging my current desktop.

So I think adding 2000more would be good deal.
