Ati and Nvidia in one system

Hi guys I want to get an saphire 7770 vapor-x and i have 2 screens and want to do livestreaming with the right screen with a Nvidia GT610 (dont laugh at me ) will this work?

IN A NUTSHELL
can I run a amd card on a right screen and a nvidia card on a left?

If you are running XP or W7 then in theory you can run two different cards although I haven't tried it myself.
