They price isn't a big issue, and the main uses will be (in order of usage) gaming, A/V editing, 3D rendering. I already have an OS, monitor, HDD and optical drives, etc.
 
How does this look? I will be doing 3D stuff later on, and most of those programs will take advantage of hyper-threading.

I would have just gone with the i5 4670k and also decided for the EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX. The motherboard is overkill unless you intend to do some heavy overclocking which I don't think you will achieve with your CPU Cooler... I also would have gone with the G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory since 2400MHz isn't really going to give a significant boost at all when it comes to gaming and you can always overclock them.
