My PC restarts approx. 15 minutes after boot, once after boot i received a single long bleep. Issues started to show up about 2-3 weeks ago with my PC restarting in progressively shorter periods. Two days ago my PC restarted and got stuck on the motherboard boot screen. I should note that the PC is pre-owned (bought about a year ago). Week ago PC would run medium spec games, now it restarts 15 mins. even while displaying desktop.

Basic Specs:
4GB Ram
Win Power PSU 800 Watt
AMD Phenom II Black edition (4 cores)
Nvidia GTX 275 (Core Edition, Factory OC)
3 Hard Drives (1 System (60 GB), 1 Old Programs (60 GB), 1 1TB (Green SATA))
3 Case fans
1 "External Fan"
Asrock Motherboard (I give exact details if needed)

I suspect a PSU fault but some people whom i asked told me it could be GPU, Motherboard or even Cabling fault. I have strict budget and i dont want to buy two or more components in case my theory is false.

Therefore i ask if people smarter than me in hardware department could tell me how should i diagnose (or if they know what causes this) my PC.

I appreciate any help
Thanks, Luke

Your PSU's wattage was definitely up to par(unless there is a defect). I say "was" because I don't know how long it has been in use. I would like to know the model of your motherboard so that I can find what the beep code was for. I either suspect the PSU or your OS given that your PSU could be randomly shutting off all power or a virus could be forcing a shut down of your computer.
