Problem with game lag

Hello!I have a problem.My pc runs a lot of game poorly(PES 2014,Max Payne 3,SR4...).This are my specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
Radeon 5670HD 1GB GDDR5 sapphire
Inter Core i3 540 3.07GHz
4GB RAM
Please,help me if you know how.

try getting more ram ( i had the same issue until i upgraded to 8gb)
