FPS drops at some places in games

I bought new graphich card and lot of games arent working as they should Far cry 3, on loading screen and when im looking at the sky im getting 1fps, and in rayman legends when i go to hero selection room framerate drops soo much but everythin else works fine and in some other games i got same problems in some places like loading screens or when im looking at something like water or sky.
My specs are:
intel pentium g2020 2.9Ghz
4gb ddr 3 ram
AMD hd7850 2gb OC
Sorry if i made some mistakes im not speaking english perfectly.

Maybe try upgrading to 8g ram
