I still have the same issue. I apologize for making a duplicate thread, but I can NOT reply to the existing one. I can not PM either, I get a 404 page if I try.

Since I can't reply here - I suggest you contact me via email if possible ... I'm not sure what else to do besides make a new thread every time someone asks a question ... since I can't reply and everyone thinks it's fixed.

This is very frustrating.
