Replacement fan 0.16A up from 0.10A - OK?

I need to replace the CPU fan in an old P4 system. The old fan is 12v 0.10A. Can I install a 12v 0.16A fan as replacement? Will the fan run slower than the specs? Can I just unplug the old one and plug in the new one if the same colored wires are in the same places? Thanks in advance for the help in this question!
Both are 12v btw
