Best Online PC Building Sites

I expect to be lambasted for asking this but what are the best online custom pc builders?
I have a budget of around 1500-1700 dollars.
I'm already aware of the shadey ones such as iBuyPower, and CyberPower. What I want for my pc:
NZXT Phantom Any Color
GTX 780 Superclocked
i5 4670k
Z87 ud#h
8-16 gbs of ram
1 tb of HDD
120-250 gb of SSD
750 watt powersupply
Windows 7

And anyone who has gotten a similar build from online PC building sites could you please chime in on your experience with the service and the pc itself?

Well I've put in those configurations on several sites and I've managed around 1700 dollars on a few. So that kind of inflation doesn't sound accurate. I have however seen that on a few of the more shady sites.

fair enough, looks like a 30% markup to me. you're still going to be spending 400+ dollars more then it would cost you to build yourself. for that type of money you could get yourself a good cpu cooler, a custom lighting kit, gaming keyboard/mouse, a new 1080p monitor, AND an uninterruptable power supply.
