So I opened up a game, and it said I needed to update my video card. I followed the instructions, and it sent me here - http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/fire/Pages/fire_d...
I installed the first file, and then the second which installed the "Catalyst Pro Control Center" (Which does nothing) Now when looking in my device manager, under display adapters, it just shows 'Standard VGA Graphics Adapter' When before it actually showed an actual video card name. I need help because I'm not the best when it comes to this, and it's driving me insane not knowing what to do.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

The second program that you linked to is an uninstaller, which removes the driver and all associated files and registry entries. Try running the uninstaller again, reboot the system, then install the FIRST program.
